What Your Parents Are Going Through is Not Your Responsibility!
Updated: Aug 25, 2022
We send our daily prophetic word to over 3000 people from Monday-Friday. Today, this word isn’t for everyone on this list. It’s a word of comfort for someone very specific.
So if it isn’t for you, look out for another one tomorrow, ok? However, if you know someone who is in this exact situation, please forward this to them! Tell them that Jesus sees them! Tell them that Jesus had us wading through thousands of people just to reach THEM! That is truly the heart of our Lord Jesus! 🥰

What Your Parents Are Going Through is Not Your Responsibility!
By Kristen Gray

Today's Word is here to encourage the people who have been seeking the Lord for their parents.
You are not too small to be of help.
I know you are feeling powerless and lost, but God wants you to know you are powerful and that he has laid a clear path for you to follow. You are not lost or powerless when you are following Jesus.
"My child, The pain and heartache you have experienced watching your parents go through tough times has not gone unnoticed by me. I know how deeply you are affected seeing your parents stress and go through tough times but know that I have given you eyes to see so you can do something about it. You have been questioning and doubting your ability to do something about it. Those doubts did not come from me. I have not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind.
There is something you can do, invite me into the situation! I am your secret weapon, and there is nothing too hard for me. Come and talk to me about it. You are not alone, and neither are your parents. Bring your concerns for them to me, and you will see my hand intervene on their behalf."
Here is a simple prayer to get you started: “I give (say parents' name) to you. Help them through the stress and hardships they are carrying. Show me how I can be a help to them during this time. I give my worry for (say parents' name) to you and trust that you will work all things out for their good. Thank you that I can cast my cares upon you because you care for me. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen.”
Additional ways to help:
Clean up after yourself and around the house.
Ask if there is anything you can do for them.
Tell them Jesus loves them.
God wants you to know you are not too small to help. Through these small but significant steps, you will see a change not only in your parents' lives but in yours as well. God has a beautiful plan and purpose for your life, know that you can go to him with anything! #FivefoldMinistryCampusv
