As a leader, trailblazer, builder, or pattern maker, you're so used to taking matters into your own hands and moving according to what you know. Today, the Lord is reminding you though that His thoughts aren't yours. What He is asking of you is greater than what you understand right now. Take a moment to put your tools down and seek His ways.
"My thoughts aren't your thoughts, My child. Don't try to plan the outcome of the situation you're in according to what you know. It'll be different than what you expected, for My ways aren't your ways.
My ways are also not the ways of the world. The principles for what I'm asking you to do cannot be found in the world. You'll find them in My presence alone.
So, don't despise the moments I'm calling you away into the quiet and into the hidden for what I want to show you isn't of this world. To establish My Kingdom in the midst of the circumstances I've placed you in requires My wisdom and My guidance.
Put away all your preconceived ideas today, My child, and trust Me with every step I'm asking you to take even if you might not understand it at the moment.
Know that I see the bigger picture. You'll discover the plan along the way. It might feel like you're walking blindfolded at times and yet, every step you take will feel complete and I'll give you the assurance that you're walking in the right direction.
Therefore, hand Me your plans today, My child, and step into the unknown. Entrust your thoughts to Me and let Me give you Mine instead. Give Me your ways and I'll introduce you to Mine. Together we will write history and change the systems of this world according to My perfect plan and purpose."
Do what the Lord told you in this word. Jump off the cliff and into the unknown for God knows the thoughts that He thinks towards you. They're thoughts of peace and not of evil to give you a future and hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
