"Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us," - Hebrews 12:1
What weights have ensnared you today? You thought you would help someone and took their load. It’s become a burden that has the potential to crush you. I am here to say, “Put it down! It was never your load to carry. It is not in your grace.” The Lord requires you to only carry your burdens. Be faithful to His requests and let other do the same. When this happens, we build an everlasting kingdom together!

Today's Word is for you if you work in a team and are unsure how to navigate it!
This word is for all those who feel overwhelmed as this year comes to a close. With Christmas right around the corner and family coming from around the world to visit their loved ones, remember that you are not meant to be alone. Family, team, and friends, we are always meant to be a “we” not an “I”.
“My child, why do you try and do this work all on your own? Have I not called you into a team to work alongside? The weight you feel is from carrying loads that were never meant for you. Release the burdens that you have put upon yourself and reach out to the clan I have set you into.
I have not made you to walk alone, but to fellowship and collaborate. You feel it in you my child, that need to be part and connect. So don’t fight against it any longer, embrace the support I have sent you.
This season that is coming will require you to be dependent on a team more than ever. You have done great work on your own, but the toll it is taking on you is becoming too great. Rest under the covering of your comrades, and walk in time with them. You will make it to the end of the work I’ve called you to do.“
