He is saying, “Trust me!” Trust Him more than you believe in the devils plans. Trust Him more than you believe in yourself to mess things up. Just trust! Your Father delights to bless you today. The faith walk is the most exciting journey in this world. God calls you to do something you cannot do, but if you believe He can do it through you, you will see the Red Sea part. You will change many lives and do mighty works you never imagined you could.
However, it takes faith. It means believing in God’s ability to come through, more than your own ability to fail. Today’s word is a reminder to trust in God. Go for it! Take a leap of faith toward’s God’s promises that look impossible to the natural eye!
“I’ve called you to do what you cannot do, My child. It has always been like that from the moment you were conceived in the womb. I prepared you to be a vessel of My works. When you embraced this journey, you had nothing to offer Me, yet all I asked of you was a willing heart to follow Me. So, why now, do you think it is any different? Don’t you know that what qualifies you are not your abilities, but the great faith you have in Me? It is through your obedience to walk out My instructions, that you have the power to set My people free, and do mighty works in My name. It was never your ability, but Mine.
As you look over the vision that I have laid out for you, do not be afraid of it. Do not think it impossible, but remember the core of your calling. You have been called to do something you cannot do; something you do not have the confidence to do. Yet, if you obey and have faith in what I can do through you, you will succeed. You will receive power because of your faith in Me.
Just take a look at the land before you. Just as Abraham walked the land and saw his inheritance, so am I calling you to be a vessel that I can perform great works through. All I need is your obedience and faith, and indeed, you will see My promises come to pass in your life,” says the Lord.
Personal Project:
You have desires and things that burn in your heart to do for God. Make a list of them.
Now, take that list and throw it away.
Now, make a list (it will be a very short list), of something you have known or felt God wants you to do, but have not committed to.
Ask yourself why not? Is it insecurity? Is it too hard? Too boring?
Now, give that reason to the Lord, and decide to obey. Decide to have faith that He will empower you. Then, take a step towards obedience in this direction and watch His power work through you!
